As a Housekeeper at Paku Suites & Casino, you will help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, suites, and common areas while following the property’s standards for cleanliness and guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.

• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities.

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and clean surfaces throughout assigned areas.

• Inspect rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or missing supplies to the appropriate department.

• Safely handle cleaning products and equipment.

• Respect guest privacy and follow hotel safety and security procedures.

• Respond professionally to guest requests and provide friendly service.

• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Follow all company policies and health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is helpful but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and organization.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.

• Friendly attitude and commitment to providing a positive guest experience.
